Enjoy the Natural Environment

White Box Rise Wodonga

At White Box Rise you can enjoy a relaxing lifestyle in natural surroundings. The rare White Box grassland has been established over millions of years and provides a wonderful array of unique flora and fauna. Over one third of White Box Rise is open space. It is rare for land this close to a major regional centre to have as much park and land. The estate’s parks and reserves have been designed to not only add enjoyment to the lives of residents but to allow pathways for native animals, such as the rare squirrel glider.

The enormous White Box Reserve is central for all residents and has been designed to link seamlessly with the other open parklands areas. A second park protects a special stand of White Box trees and provides a wonderful aspect for the terrace houses that surround it.

Jack Perry Reserve has hectares of untouched bushland and is the major route for wildlife to connect through to the other areas of Wodonga’s remaining native bush. The reserve also includes a new scout hall.
