HOW DO I FIND OUT ABOUT HOUSE AND LAND PACKAGES?

HOW LONG CAN A BLOCK OF LAND BE ON HOLD FOR?

Blocks can be held for a maximum of 5 days. During that time a 'hold' cannot be challenged by anyone else. A hold does not require a deposit. At the end of 5 days the block will be released back onto the market should the hold not proceed to contract.

HOW MUCH DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED TO PROCEED TO CONTRACT?

A $500 holding deposit is payable via direct deposit to our solicitors.

White Box Rise will offer 1,100 diversely sized and thoughtfully located residential lots.

WILL WHITE BOX RISE BE RELEASING LARGER LOTS?

We have been steadily releasing a varied product mix to meet all size and budget requirements. Our largest lot is 1547m2. Contact the land sales office for information regarding our larger sites.

AFTER PURCHASE, HOW MUCH TIME DO I HAVE BEFORE HAVING TO COMMENCE BUILDING?

Your land contract specifies construction must commence with two years of purchase.
